Data Deletion

MidiaKits respects your right to data deletion as provided by the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD — Brazilian Law 13,709/2018) and by the Meta Platform, Google and TikTok policies. This page describes how to request the complete deletion of your data from our platform.

1. How to Request Deletion

To request the deletion of your data, send an e-mail to:

In your message, include the e-mail address registered on your MidiaKits account so we can identify and process your request.

2. What Will Be Deleted

Once your request is confirmed, we will permanently delete:

  • Your user account and profile data (name, e-mail);
  • Your media kit and all associated settings;
  • Social network metrics and data stored on our platform;
  • OAuth access tokens — the authorizations granted to MidiaKits with Meta (Instagram), Google (YouTube) and TikTok will be revoked;
  • Usage logs associated with your account.

After deletion, you may also manually revoke permissions directly on the platforms:

  • Instagram/Facebook: Settings → Security → Apps and Websites → Remove MidiaKits
  • Google/YouTube: myaccount.google.com → Security → Apps with account access → Remove MidiaKits
  • TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Connected apps → Remove MidiaKits

3. Response Time

We will process your request within 15 (fifteen) business days from the confirmation of receipt of the e-mail. We will send a confirmation when the deletion is complete.

4. Deletion Confirmation

Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the address registered on your account informing you that all your data has been permanently deleted from our platform.

Note that some data may be retained for an additional period when there is a legal obligation to do so, as provided by the LGPD.

5. Note — Platform Policies

This page fulfills the Data Deletion Instructions requirement of the Meta Platform Policy and the data deletion guidelines of TikTok for Developers. By requesting deletion via e-mail as described above, we guarantee the removal of all data obtained through the Meta and TikTok APIs from our platform.
